WATER & LIQUID LEVEL PANEL KITS
A REVOLUTIONARY DESIGN WITH NO FLOAT SWITCHES & NO MOVING PARTS
- DIRTY WATER – We consider sewage or blackwater as dirty water. Anything that has the potential for floating debris or sinking debris is considered dirty water.
- CLEAN WATER – We define clean water as water that has a lot of material in it but most all of it is dissolved into the water and no to little floating materials.
CHECKPOINT SMARTPROBE
These multi-Probe sensors have multiple switch points with the relay logic built into the probe. SmartProbes are just that, they can be set up to operate as individual switch points or two or more sensor points can perform functions as needed for the application. Each SmartProbe is set up to function as designed and cannot be changed in the field. We describe them as they would be activated when water rises or falls off the sensor. So we say Active ON means when water touches or Active OFF means when water is not touching a sensor or multiple points. The possible layouts of switching are only constrained by the fact that we only have four outputs in the 3″ Cup Style SmartProbes and endless in the Stick version. All these controls use the same reliable technology that will never, plate, foul, or deteriorate the sensor rods no matter the water quality. The limitations are on the soft water where we cannot be used in water with 5PPM Total DisSolved Solids (TDS) or lower.
CHECKPOINT FLOATKILLER
Is a direct replacement for a float switch assembly of one or more floats. These CheckPoints are used when you have a panel that has relay logic. Relay logic means the sequence of all the operations are already provided in the panel you are fitting this FloatKiller into. The FloatKiller Family act just like a float when water rises or falls away from them. The switching of each point can be set up to either be active when water is touching it (We describe that as Active ON) or they can be set to turn on when water is not touching the sensor (We describe this as Active OFF). Each sensor switch output is set as Active ON or Active OFF in the factory and cannot be changed in the field.
