CONDUCTIVITY SENSORS

REVOLUTIONARY DESIGN WITH ELECTRONICS BUILT INTO THE SENSOR HEAD

Traditional conductivity sensors use electricity between rods to initiate your pumps or drains. We are conductivity sensor manufacturers that will change the way you will sense liquid or water levels forever! Our Checkpoint conductivity sensors never foul, plate, or deteriorate and do not pass electricity through rods. Instead, each rod is capable of being its own sensing mechanism allowing you more control than ever before.

THE PROBLEM WITH TRADITIONAL CONDUCTIVE SENSORS

The problem with this configuration is rotting, fouling, and deterioration of the conductivity rods due to the electricity that passes through them. This leads to constantly replacing your sensors every 3 years or so, once the rods foul or the rubber rots.

What Are Conductive Sensors?

“Conductive sensors” also known as conductivity sensors, use a set of metal probes that conduct electricity (8VAC and 11VAC) between probes to set off an alarm (High Alarm, Low Alarm, Fill Start etc.).

OUR REVOLUTIONARY CONDUCTIVITY SENSOR REPLACEMENT SOLUTION

We are conductivity sensor manufacturers that have changed the way you will sense liquid or water levels forever!

Our Checkpoint Conductivity Sensors never foul, plate, or deteriorate and do not pass electricity through rods. Instead, each rod is capable of being its own sensing mechanism. Our conductivity sensor replacement will last 5 times as long as traditional sensors (15 year average duty cycle/life cycle) and has all the electronics/software built into the head so that you don’t need to order additional pump level controller units separately. We have conductive sensors that have been in operation for 23 years and are still working) Call us today at 866-243-2505 to find out how Checkpoint™ can completely replace your application’s conductivity sensors / float switches for life.

No More Float Switches:

Also, our sensors do not use floats. This allows you to have up to 6 sensing probes on a single conductivity sensor. Our rods are the float switches and are all electronic, low voltage/low current so there is no power on the rod tips. In turn, the rods actually last longer because we don’t use conductivity or electricity between them.

Applications:

Our conductivity sensor replacements can be used where you need to control 2 or more water levels. You can also set additional (single point level controls and multi point level controls) points for indicating other alarm triggers.

Alarms & Triggers

  • High water level alarm
  • Low water level alarm
  • Fill level
  • Fill Start
  • Fill Stop
  • Pump Down System
  • Pump Up System

Industries

  • Building Fire Protection
  • Commercial Pools & Fountains
  • Cooling Towers
  • Oil & Fuel Storage Tanks
  • Waste Water Treatment Plants
  • Residential Well Water

EXAMPLES OF OUR SENSORS IN USE

  • Hawaii – Replaced conductivity sensors in a Salt Water Fishery where conductive sensors could not last in saltwater
  • Wisconsin – Replaced sensors in eight water silos for a Nuclear facility
  • Minneapolis – Replaced sensors in high-rise buildings for 2 water harvesting tanks

Alternating Duplex Systems – In most cases there are 2 pumps in an environment you can alternate between them. Set points initiate the cycles. First cycle -pump #1 gets turn on. Second cycle – pump #2 gets turned on etc.

CUSTOMIZED PROBE SETTINGS FOR ANY WATER OR LIQUID LEVEL SENSING APPLICATION

We can customize your conductivity probes to be any length. Levels of water or liquid can be sensed within 1/3″.

Why Use Our Level Sensors Instead Of Conductive Probes?

Conductive probes only work in liquid that is also conductive. This causes the sensor tips to eventually deteriorate and need to be cleaned on a regular basis. Nothing can be done about this deterioration and these sensors will eventually need to be replaced over and over again. This is an expense that you can save with our revolutionary level sensor replacements. Our conductivity liquid level sensors do not deteriorate or pit like other conductivity sensors do, and never need to be cleaned, no matter how bad/non-conductive the water is. We have created the latest sensing technology that replaces conductivity sensors for good.

Guarantee

All of our sensors come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee – If your sensor stops working, send it back to us at no cost to you. With upwards of 150,000+ installs of our sensors, we know they work and will outlast the competitions product by 5 times or more. Also, our sensors eliminate any chance of shock during maintenance or installation, listed to UL508 Standard by ETL. There’s no need for calibration because it is designed to be used in water/liquid.

BENEFITS OF CHECKPOINT™ CONDUCTIVE SENSOR REPLACEMENTS

  • Replace Conductive Sensors For Life
  • Comparable Price Point
  • Set & Forget
  • Automatic
  • Cost Effective
  • Low Space
  • 1 Year Warranty
  • Never foul, deteriorate, or plate over its life span like other conductive sensors do.

Stainless Steel Rods for long lasting durability

All of CheckPoint’s sensor rods are coded with colors to make them easy to assemble and understand. The rod colors correspond to the output. Rod lengths come in a variety of lengths. You can also add length by purchasing an extension kit or cut the rods to length in the field. The sensor on the CheckPoint™ is a 3″ PVC plug that can fit into a 3″ slip coupler for easy installation and mounting. Cord lengths come in 5′ but you can order custom lengths.

Voltages

We can set CheckPoint™ with different output and input voltages for almost any application including 24vds, 12vdc, 5vdc. The voltage of the output matches the voltage of the input.
